Most hotel websites describe the property. Guests search for something else.
A typical property site has a homepage, a rooms page, an amenities page, a location page and a contact page. That structure describes the hotel accurately and matches almost nothing a guest types.
Someone planning a trip searches a destination, then narrows toward a neighborhood, a kind of stay, a room type, a set of facilities, or an occasion. Each of those is a distinct question, and a single rooms page listing five room types answers none of them well enough to rank against a page written specifically for one.
This is the gap that content fills. Not volume for its own sake, and not a blog nobody reads, but a page for each question that is worth being found for, written well enough that it deserves to be.
- A destination page that earns the term rather than assuming it
- A page per room type, because a guest searching for one is close to booking
- Amenity and facility pages, which are specific and routinely unclaimed
- Occasion and experience pages, which capture demand months before a name search
- A neighborhood page, because that is how a guest narrows a city

- Keyword research
- SEO writing
- Posted directly to your site with author-level access
- A featured image
- Revisions until approved
- Full content ownership
Content is usually bought alongside an SEO program rather than on its own, because pages without authority rank slowly and authority without pages has nothing to point at.
Written, approved, posted.
- 01
Keyword research first
Each piece is assigned a specific search to win rather than a topic to cover. That is the difference between content that ranks and content that fills a calendar.
- 02
Written for the search and the reader
The answer appears early and completely, which serves a guest scanning on a phone and an assistant summarizing options, and only then expands.
- 03
A featured image with every piece
Included rather than billed separately, so a post is publishable when it arrives.
- 04
Revisions until approved
There is no revision limit. If it is not right, it gets rewritten.
- 05
Posted directly to your site
With author-level access, so it goes live rather than waiting for someone at the property to find an hour.
- 06
Yours permanently
Full ownership of everything written, with nothing withdrawn if you stop.
How much content a property actually needs.
This is the question we are asked most often and the one agencies answer least honestly, because the commercially convenient answer is always more.
A single property with one destination, a handful of room types and several genuine amenities usually has somewhere between fifteen and forty pages worth writing. That is a year or so of steady output at four to eight posts a month, not a content mill running thirty pieces a month into a market that does not have thirty questions.
A resort with a spa, restaurants and an events business is a different case, because each of those is effectively a separate search market with its own set of questions. So is a management group, where the count multiplies by the number of properties rather than by the number of domains.
Publishing faster than you can do well is the most common and most expensive mistake in this area. Thirty thin pages compete worse than four good ones, cost more, and take longer to undo than they took to publish.
How the work runs.
The same five steps on every program, whatever the size of the property.
- 01
Market review
We look at your destination, your competitive set and where your demand currently comes from before we touch anything.
- 02
Keyword analysis
Destination, neighborhood, room type, amenity and experience terms, mapped against what you can realistically win.
- 03
On-page checks
Technical and structural work on the pages that have to convert, so the demand we send you has somewhere to land.
- 04
Authority build
Guest posts, Web 2.0 properties and amplification, every one delivered with a live, clickable URL you can open.
- 05
Report and refine
A monthly report you can check yourself, and a plan that changes based on what moved rather than what we hoped would.
What content will not do.
Content is one input among several, and it is routinely oversold. Three things it will not do on its own.
- It will not rank a page in a contested destination without authority behind it, which is what the link side of a program is for
- It will not fix a booking path that loses people, because traffic arriving at a page that does not convert simply moves the problem
- It will not produce results at a speed proportional to volume, so publishing thirty thin posts a month is worse than publishing four good ones
We do not guarantee rankings, occupancy, booking volume or revenue from content or from anything else. What we commit to is that the work is delivered, visible and yours.
Questions.
Which hotel SEO keywords should content target?
Content should target the searches that happen before a guest reaches your property name, because those are the ones you are not already winning. In practice that means destination and neighborhood terms, room type and amenity terms, and occasion or experience terms such as a particular kind of trip. Your property name needs a strong page too, but it needs one page, not a content program.
Who writes it, and do you post it for us?
Writing is delivered through LavishContent, our sister brand, and yes, we post it directly to your site with author-level access so it does not sit in your inbox waiting for someone to have time. Each piece includes keyword research, a featured image, and revisions until you approve it.
Do we own the content?
Yes, completely and permanently. Full content ownership is included on every plan, and nothing is withdrawn or disabled if you stop working with us.
How is this priced?
Plans are priced per month at a post volume and a word count, never per post. They start at $26 USD a month for four 500-word posts and run to $480 USD a month for thirty 2,500-word posts. All twelve combinations are shown in the table on this page.
How much content does a property actually need?
Less than most agencies will tell you, and more than most properties currently publish. A single property with a destination, a handful of room types and several amenities usually has somewhere between fifteen and forty pages worth writing, which is a year or so of steady output rather than a content mill. Publishing faster than you can do well is a common and expensive mistake.
Does AI search change what content should look like?
It raises the value of content that answers a question directly and completely in its opening lines. Assistants summarizing travel options tend to reward pages that state the answer plainly rather than building to it, which happens to be good practice for human readers too. It does not change the underlying requirement that the page be genuinely useful.
What makes this different.
Every link comes with a live URL
You get a clickable address for every placement, so you can open it and confirm the work exists. That is the whole reporting standard, and it is rarer than it should be.
You own the assets forever
Placements do not disappear if you stop paying us. What we build stays yours.
Month to month, no contract
There is no minimum term and no cancellation penalty. If the work is not worth the fee, you stop.
We say no to the wrong plan
If your numbers do not justify a larger program, we will tell you to start smaller. The calculator on this site does that automatically.
No guarantees on rankings
We do not guarantee rankings, occupancy, booking volume or revenue, because no agency controls them. Be careful with anyone who does.
Delivered remotely, worldwide
We do not claim offices or staff in your market, because we do not have them. Search work has always been delivered remotely and our published results include clients outside the United States.
Where to go next.
Start with the arithmetic.
Send us the property and we will come back with what we would target, what it costs and what we would not bother doing. We reply within 24 hours on business days.
